Nicole Richie Rolls Like Jennifer Aniston

Nicole Richie has decided to take a page out of the Jennifer Aniston playbook. Though it was nothing like Jennifer Aniston's grand entrance at LAX where she was surrounded by at least ten of LAPD's finest, Nicole Richie was escorted out of The Coffee Bean by a group of policemen.

TMZ has the video and reports that the incredible shrinking reality-TV star was seen leaving an office building in Los Angeles on Thursday, and as she approached her Mercedes-Benz tank, the space-clearer yelled repeatedly at the lensman: "Get out of the way!"

We're pretty sure the photographer heard the admonition the first time around, muses the TMZ staff.

In other Nicole news she has revealed to Life & Style Weekly that she never, ever was in rehab. A report on the weekly entertainment magazine's blog says Nicole wants to clear the air once and for all!

An eyewitness tells Life & Style that the skinny starlet, who had reportedly gone into rehab to seek help for her weight, marched up to gossip blogger Perez Hilton today at LA’s Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and insisted to him:

“I was NOT in rehab! Everyone was wrong. I did not go to rehab.”

After getting that off her chest, Nicole then sat with a friend to enjoy a calorie-laden vanilla blended frappe — a medium size, no less!

“She seemed really happy,” says the eyewitness. “She was really upbeat, like the old Nicole. Just very spunky!”
