Tahyna Tozzi Bars Bra Boy Boyfriend Koby Abberton

Tahyna Tozzi has banned herself from seeing her Bra Boy boyfriend Koby Abberton in a quest to realise her dream of becoming a film star.

The Cronulla beauty, who was famously snapped frolicking in the Malibu surf with Paris Hilton in July, has revealed how she shunned her pro-surfer beau of 7 months for six weeks to concentrate on her acting career.

The 21-year-old model-turned-actor returned to Australia in September to begin shooting her feature film debut opposite Deborra-Lee Furness and Peta Wilson in Beautiful.

"It's been such an overwhelming and daunting experience, but very rewarding," Tozzi said. "Because I have never done a film before and wanted to stay in the zone for the entire shoot I banned my boyfriend and mum from calling or seeing me because I just wanted to entirely transform into the character."

Tozzi admitted the ban was tough and may have been harder given speculation wedding bells are on the horizon for the pair, who spent a rare week together in Sydney where Abberton is promoting his Bra Boys documentary.

In Beautiful Tozzi plays the local Lolita, who embodies the dangerous combination of innocence and blazing sexuality.

"She is just a screen goddess," the film's director Dean O'Flaherty said.
