Paris Hilton Tops Spears, Lohan, Anderson As Most Overexposed In US

Dtt-net.com – Many other female celebrities are likely to be jealous of Paris Hilton as she has topped a new list of the "Most Overexposed Celebrity in America," according to a recent survey.

A survey conducted by Los Angeles-based E-Poll Market Research showed that the hotel heiress has beaten pop star Britney Spears and party girl and actress Lindsay Lohan to the top of the list, Forbes magazine reports. Pamela Anderson was fourth in the list.

Paris Hilton was born to Rick and Kathy Hilton, making her the great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, founder of the Hilton hotels and source of the family fortune -- estimated at 300 million U.S. dollars. Her grandfather, Conrad "Nicky" Hilton, Jr., also brought some notoriety to the family, as he was the first of Elizabeth Taylor's many ex-husbands. Paris' younger sister, Nicky (born in 1983), shares the throne as co-heiress of the Hilton empire.

She is known for being a high-society party girl, part-time model, part-time singer, and quasi-actress. Her most notable roles were playing herself on the reality show "The Simple Life" with Nicole Ritchie , as well as starring in the horror flick "House of Wax." She also released her debut self-titled album in 2006. She made newspaper headlines for being a jailbird for 23 days in a Los Angeles-area prison.
