We spotted Nicky Hilton - looking cute and summery in ripped jeans and a white top - out shopping in Beverly Hills on Wednesday and, for a brief moment, she passed by Hilton & Hyland on Canon Drive...

For those of you not in the know, H&H is a real estate firm co-founded by Nic's dad, Rick Hilton.

Hey, how do you think the Hilton sisters can always be out clothes shopping? Because they already own everything in the first place!
