Hot Latin Bombshell Michelle Rodriquez Got Out Of Jail Early

The hot Latin bombshell Michelle Rodriquez got out of jail early after only serving little more than two weeks of a six month sentence for violating her probation in a DUI case.

Rodriguez got out of jail early supposedly due to overcrowded conditions - despite the fact that the Judge had ordered the sexy former "Lost" star to serve the full six months.

Rodriguez's jail term was being served in the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California where she walked out of jail a free celebrity on the lose once again on Wednesday.

The Lynwood jail has housed many of Hollywood's top celebrities over the last year, who also walked out of jail early, including most recently Nicole Richie, daughter of singer Lionel Richie and before her another Hollywood hotty, Lindsay Lohan. But the most media-grabbing celebrity inmate was Paris Hilton. Hilton also walked out of jail early after serving only 23 days of a 45-day sentence for probation violation. Ex-VP Al Gore's son was also in the celebrity slammer for drugs.

The revolving door of celebrity incarceration prompted a closed-door meeting yesterday between the LA County Sheriff and the Judge who sentenced Rodriquez who disapproved of her being released early, but gave in to the Sheriff's office policy of releasing inmates after serving just 10 percent of their sentence because of the overcrowded conditions at the jail.

The Sheriff supposedly told the Judge that Rodriquez was given no special treatment in the star's early release due to her celebrity status, that it was an 'equal rights' move. The LA County Sheriff was before the same Judge who'd questioned the motive behind the early release of Paris Hilton, so it was a surprise to see that he hadn't ordered the sexy Latino star back behind bars.
