It's a match made in financial heaven.

Jamie Tisch, billionaire Steve Tisch's ex-wife, is said to be dating money manager Todd Meister.

They've even taken a trip together to Las Vegas, and friends are wondering, according to our spy, "What is going on?"

The last time the baseball cap-wearing Meister was in Vegas with a woman, she was Nicky Hilton and they ended up getting a quickie marriage, followed by a divorce six weeks later.
