Onlookers in Bel Air, California, were amazed to see the heiress flashing the slab of several thousand dollars so openly.

But Paris, 27, can be sensible too with her dosh. Just days ago it emerged she had made an “extremely generous” donation to a kids’ hospital in Los Angeles.
