Paris and Nicole apply for their next job, getting cattle ready for sale at the I-40 Cattle Auction House. They are to start the next day at 7:30 AM. That night they play a guessing game with the Leding family and later talk about buying a Mother's Day present for Janet.

The next day they talk about going shopping instead of going to work. They stop for breakfast and arrive for work at 8:40 AM, claiming that they almost had and accident. The start off by sorting calves and make a mess of it. Paris decides to give the cows makeovers with glitter.

At 2:30 PM Paris and Nicole are sent to the co-op for cattle feed. At the co-op they also charge a mirror and a black birdhouse for Janet's mother Days present. Two hours later they return to the auction house and are paid and sent home.

That Sunday, Mother's Day, Janet gets her birdhouse and later receives a phone call from the auctioneer about the charges. The auctioneer comes over for his money. Nicole pretends she is crying over her dead cat. Paris offers to pay with her credit card, but they end up paying off the debt by giving cows pregnancy tests. That night they end their day by reading from "The Book of Questions".
