Paris and Nicole try lip growth balm while on the bus to Conshohocken, PA where they will stay with Dodie Sclafani and her two sons and daughter. After some quality bonding time Paris and Nicole head out on their next internship at the Marchant Plastic Surgery Center.

They start by assisting with skin microdermabrasion, then they assist in a lip augmentation. Paris can't take the sight of it, but Nicole really gets into it. Procedure #3 is eye-lift surgery. Nicole helps out while Paris reads from her book to the recovering lip augmentation patient.

After a hard first day at their internship Paris and Nicole decide to accompany the Sclafani brothers to the gym. Paris and Nicole take the Sclafani brothers clothes while they are in the shower, causing them to have to walk home wearing towels.

It's day two of Paris and Nicole's plastic surgery internship in Conshohocken, PA. and Nicole decides to accessorize by trying on some underwear over her clothes. They assist in a liposuction procedure and are grossed out by it. Nicole chases Paris with a container of fat. Then they get rated and paid.

Before the girls say good-bye to the Sclafanis Paris decides to take them out for a night on the town to be judges in a drag queen contest. The next morning the girls leave for Their next stop.
