Los Angeles, California. The place that pop culture icons Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie call home. And at the Hilton mansion the excitement of parenthood is in the air. Paris gives Tinkerbell a pregnancy test which comes back negative. Looks like life will remain the same for Tinkerbell, but not so for Paris and Nicole. As they get ready to take on the challenge of becoming traditional housewives. So they're off to the Nolan family. Where they'll take turns being Mrs. Nolan.

Paris and Nicole both try wearing pregnancy suits. Now that the girls look the part they're ready to assume the role of pregnant housewife. First up is the dishwasher. Then Nicole draws some tattoos on Lily and Mr. Nolan. Next Paris babyproofs the house and Nicole vacuums.

Having already had her fill of housework, Nicole makes a clean escape from the Nolan home and calls her assistant to go have some fun with the tourists on Rodeo Drive. Then it's off to Lamaze class for Paris and Nicole. Paris orders pizza for the class. Paris gets grossed out by the birthing video. Doug has planned to have a practice run through at the hospital where his wife will have the baby for Paris.

And Nicole has her own ideas on how to get Doug relaxed and ready for the new baby, she takes him to a strip club. At West Hills hospital Doug is giving the practice run through an enthusiastic start. But Paris seems to have her own priorities. She wants to stop to shop at the hospital store.

Paris and Nicole have each spent the day being Shari Nolan. But when Shari sees and hears what the girls have done she may make them wish they'd been someone else. Five days later Shari is in labor and she asks Paris to lend a hand.
