Life has been hectic for Paris recently so she's treating herself to a relaxing spa day with friends. Meanwhile downtown Nicole's prepping for a photo shoot with her stylist Rachel Zoe. Ready or not it's time for Paris and Nicole to take turns replacing another housewife. The girls thrive in the luxury of Hollywood and Beverly Hills but this week they'll be learning about familia in an unfamiliar part of Los Angeles with the Padilla family.

Nicole's first task is to get four year old Miranda dress and ready for her school picture. But first she wants to clarify a few things with dad. Meanwhile Paris takes the kids for a bike ride. Nicole and the kids arrive at the school for the pictures. Paris brings a photographer to the house for a photo shoot. Paris teaches Miranda how to pose.

Later, Nicole helps the kids with their class projects then they go food shopping. On the the way back she loses one of the kids. Paris clogs the sink and calls Roto Rooter to fix it. Paris has had a long morning trying to manage the lovable but overly energetic Padilla kids. Fortunately her aunt Kyle has arrived to help out just in the nick of time, they finish the project and then go out food shopping.

Afterward Paris and the kids go to her house to go swimming instead of doing their chores and have dinner there. Back at the Padilla house their still missing a kid and dinners no where near ready. So Nicole has a lot on her mind. Fortunately little Miranda made it home safe and sound. Dinner's almost ready and Nicole goes back to the store to get dessert. Nicole and the kids clean the house and then have dinner. Mr. and Mrs. Padilla go to Paris' house to pick up the kids.
